Made-to-Order & 7-Day Window At Manuals Matter, our pieces are produced specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this bespoke production process, we offer a 7-day return initiation window starting from the date of confirmed delivery.
Condition for Return To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in "Showroom Condition": unwashed, unworn, and free of any debris (hair, lint, etc.) or odors (smoke, cologne, detergent). Items that do not meet these standards will be denied.
How to Initiate
  1. Email info@manualsmatter.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order Number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Authorization. Our team will provide the correct return shipping address. Do not ship items back to the return address on your original package, as that goes to a production facility and cannot be processed for a refund.
  3. Costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
