THE COMPENDIUM DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

1. Subscription & Recurring Billing Authorization
By purchasing a subscription to The Compendium, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout) at the then-current subscription rate. Charges will occur automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
2. Immediate Digital Access & Delivery
The Compendium is a proprietary digital content service and market intelligence vault. Upon successful payment processing, digital access to platform features, market directories, and data insights is granted immediately. You acknowledge and agree that service delivery begins instantly upon order confirmation.
3. Digital Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the immediate delivery, proprietary data structure, and intellectual property nature of our digital content, all subscription purchases, recurring charges, and vault access fees for The Compendium are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds, credits, or returns for partial subscription periods or unused digital access. (Note: This policy applies strictly to digital subscriptions and does not alter standard policies for physical merchandise).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your digital subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date through your online account management portal or by contacting customer support. Cancellation halts future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, you will maintain digital access to The Compendium through the end of your current paid billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property & Data Usage Restrictions
All market data, directory structures, price bracket analysis, visual assets, and proprietary content within The Compendium are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only. Data scraping, automated extraction, reproduction, redistribution, reselling, or commercial exploitation of platform content without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
